1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy or use Markless, a Windows app sold at this store. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Your licence

When you buy Markless you get a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use it on computers you own or control. You may not resell, share, rent or redistribute the app or its download link, or try to reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.

3. What Markless does

Markless removes the visible watermark from images and videos made with Google Gemini, on your own PC. It does not remove invisible watermarks such as SynthID and does not make content undetectable as AI-generated. You are responsible for how you use the images and videos you process, including following the terms of the service that created them and any applicable law.

4. Updates

Markless may check this store for newer versions and update itself. You can turn this off in the app's Settings.

5. Payment and delivery

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Payment is taken at checkout, and the download link is shown on your order page and sent by email. See our refund policy for refunds.

6. No warranty

Markless is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or that every watermark will be fully removed. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Markless.

7. Independence

Markless is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC.
